5 Min Gel PU Wood Adhesive is a high-performance, transparent, ready-to-use polyurethane adhesive designed for demanding applications requiring fast results and D4 water resistance. This extra-fast curing adhesive is ideal for projects where time is critical, offering excellent gap-filling capabilities, making it particularly suited for bonding uneven surfaces. It is perfect for the manufacturing of door and window frames that need to meet D4 water resistance standards in accordance with EN 204.

The adhesive is highly versatile, suitable for bonding wooden construction elements, insulation materials (including polystyrene), as well as various porous and non-porous substrates such as concrete, bricks, and other common building materials. Its strong adhesion makes it an ideal choice for general joinery and other bonding applications in both interior and exterior environments.

To apply, use a sealant gun to dispense the adhesive onto one of the surfaces to be bonded. Bring the materials together within a maximum of 15 minutes, and clamp them for at least 1 hour to ensure optimal bonding strength. Clamping during the curing process is essential for achieving the final maximum strength, making this adhesive a reliable solution for heavy-duty bonding and sealing tasks across a wide range of materials.
