Customer satisfaction is our priority, if you have received goods that you are not satisfied with, we will endeavour to refund you - subject to our Refunds and Returns Policy as detailed below.

If You Want To Exchange A Product
We regret to inform our customers that we are unable to offer an exchange on any of our items. This is due to our rapid stock turnover, meaning we are unable to guarantee that the correct item is in stock at that time. We suggest that you return the item to us, where it will then be refunded upon receipt. It is then down to you, the customer, to make the purchase for the new item that you require.
If The Item Is Faulty Or Damaged From New
If an item arrives faulty or damaged from new we will arrange for the item to be replaced wherever possible. Dependant on the item, we may require a courier service to collect from you. In most cases we ask that you return the item direct to us and then we will get a replacement sent out.
If Your Product Develops A Fault
If a product that we supplied goes on to develop a fault within its warranty period, we can help. The process for warranty resolutions will vary depending on the brand and product, please see our Product Warranty page. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will help to get the problem resolved as quickly and easily as possible. In most cases an item that develops a fault will need to be inspected prior to a replacement being supplied.
Where The Item Is Not Wanted Or Has Been Ordered Incorrectly
If there is nothing wrong with the product, but you no longer want it or you have ordered incorrectly, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving it for a refund.
Returned items should be sent back in a resaleable condition and, where possible, with the original packaging. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop, but we may make a deduction from your refund if the item has been handled more than necessary and this has reduced its value.
If your return is made within your legal cancellation period, we will refund the price paid for the goods together with the cost of our standard delivery service. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we will only refund the cost of our cheapest standard delivery method.
We do not currently offer free returns for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items, so the cost of returning the goods to us must be covered by you. You may use the return method of your choice, although we recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit before they are received by us.
Once An Item Is Returned
After an item has been returned for a refund, it will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving it. Not including the time it may take to come from you, to us. Please note that once a refund is processed to a credit or debit card, it can take up to 6 working days for the funds to show in your account, this is out of our control.
