The woven fibre of the powercoat roller allows for greater paint holding capacity. This means greater coverage and reduces paint loading for a quick and easy job. The powercoat roller frame machanism is fitted with a bearing that gives a slower, smoother action which creates less spatter when applying paint. The powercoat roller frame is fitted with six wires, as opposed to the conventional four or five wire frames. This creates greater tension on the roller when it is fitted, thus reducing roller slip when painting. The woven fabric used on the powercoat roller is proven to hold up to 30% more paint than conventional roller fabrics. This means less loading, greater paint coverage and reduced painting time.
