Moisture Curing Polyurethane Expanding Foam is a versatile and reliable solution for general-purpose gap filling and insulation. Designed to adhere to most common building materials, this expanding foam is resistant to water, heat, and ageing, ensuring long-lasting performance. With excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties, it effectively seals holes, voids, gaps, and joints in a variety of construction applications.

Once fully cured, the foam can be cut, sanded, plastered, and painted, making it easy to integrate into your project. While not UV-resistant, the foam should be covered with a sealant, paint, or plaster after curing to protect it from sun exposure. The Genius Gun® system is an innovative, patented trigger mechanism that allows for single-handed operation and precise control during application. This re-sealable applicator also allows the product to be reused for up to six weeks after the first use, providing convenience and reducing waste.

Ideal for insulating around window and door frames, filling voids around pipes, and a variety of other construction tasks, this foam offers fast, effective filling and insulation. To use, simply shake the can for at least 30 seconds, unfold the tube into a horizontal position, and apply the foam while holding the can upside down. For best results, fill gaps approximately one-third full and moisten the surface between layers to accelerate curing and improve foam structure.

For storage, detach the bung, seal the nozzle, close the cap, and store the can upright for future use.
