Jims is an independent family owned retailer established since 1984 and online since 2000. Developing a large customer base both online and in-store has allowed us to expand the business by opening 4 stores across cornwall. We pride ourselves in providing good old fashioned service whilst specialising in a vast range of products, from Fishing Tackle to Art Materials, DIY to Homewares. By buying in bulk and keeping our overheads low we are able to maintain our competitive prices that we have built our reputation on over the years.

We have a great team that work really hard to process your orders and respond to any questions and feedback quickly and efficiently. Our customers have trusted us with over £6,500,000 worth of orders. In 2015 we safely dispatched over 320,000 items and more than 153,000 orders. Since 2005 we have handled more than half a million orders.

The company also contributes to the UK by paying VAT, Employers National Insurance and Corporation Tax. As a minimum we comply with all appropriate UK consumer protection legislation including the Sale of Goods Act, the Distance Selling Regulations and Trade Descriptions Act.
